How is translation priced?
We use the number of standard pages in the translated text. One standard page is 1,800 characters including spaces; the minimum charge is half a page.
When do I pay?
Payment is due after completion. We may request a 50% deposit for larger assignments.
How will I receive the translation?
By email, post or another agreed delivery method. We confirm the required format for certified translations in advance.
How quickly can you translate?
We usually translate approximately 6 standard pages per working day. Express delivery is available by arrangement. The confirmed deadline depends on language, length and subject matter.
How do you handle confidential documents?
We can sign a confidentiality agreement and agree on a suitable way to transfer sensitive files.
